Common questions
Should I refinish or replace my floors?
If the wood is solid and thick enough to sand, refinishing is usually faster and less expensive. We’ll check during the consultation and tell you honestly.
How accurate is the floor visualizer?
It shows plank direction, width and color family in your own room. Real wood varies board to board, and screens and lighting change how color looks, so we bring physical samples to the consultation.
How long does refinishing take?
It depends on the size of the area and the finish you choose. Your written estimate includes the schedule, so you know the timing before we start.
Can I stay home during the work?
It depends on which rooms we’re working in and the finish we use. We’ll go over it during your estimate so you can plan ahead.
Is the estimate really free?
Yes. Estimates are free and come with no obligation, anywhere in our service area.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. Our workmanship is covered by a 12-month warranty.
Do you supply the flooring, or can I buy my own?
Either works. We can source the material for you, or install the flooring you already chose.
Do you work on commercial projects?
Yes. We work in homes and commercial spaces.
